Using adjectives to describe aliens

This week in Year 1 we have been creating our own aliens! We used a variety of materials to create our aliens, then we had to think of some adjectives to describe the aliens we made. We used these aliens for our Big Write and the children wrote some fantastic sentences to describe their aliens.

“My alien is fierce”- Alex
“His hair is slimey”- Hugo
“My alien has long toes with sharp claws”- Lucie

Being part of their learning – it doesn’t just stay in the classroom.”
