GET WALKING – Change for life

Every October, International Walk to School Month sees primary school pupils from across the UK join forces with children in more than 40 countries worldwide to celebrate the benefits of walking to school. The benefits of walking are widely publicized, but the lesser know effects are equally as important. Children enjoy feeling the wind, jumping in puddles and seeing the effects of the season’s change upon their local environment.
