School Council at Parliament

On Friday 12th January 2018 our School Council had the opportunity to go to London and visit the Houses of Parliament. They made the most of their time in London, visiting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and seeing the London Eye from across the River Thames.

During their visit to the Houses of Parliament the children had many fantastic experiences, visiting the Queen’s dressing room, the House of Commons and the House of Lords, to name but a few. The children found out about the history of the Houses of Parliament, asking some amazing questions that impressed all of the adults.

It was definitely an experience they will never forget!
