A Traditional Nativity- A Reception and Nursery performance

Our youngest children’s performance of the story of Jesus’s birth. We had awesome angels, stunning stars and wise Kings.  All of the children used their best performance voices, including some beautiful singing of traditional Christmas hymns.  Mrs Hornshaw said “it was lovely, it brought a tear to my eye.”   

Despite the cast being aged between 3 and 5, the speakers were loud, confident and word-perfect. 

Everyone agreed that it made them feel very Christmassy. 

Tyler, Year 5 said “The last song was great.  It reminded me of being Joseph when I was little.  My whole family came to see me, it made feel special.”
