We are a very friendly school who believe that every child matters.

Boothferry Primary School is a multi-cultural community school that places family at its core.

Well done to last term’s reading superstars, N and O! N has wowed us with the progress that he has made with his reading this term and O continues to show a great attitude to reading at home! RA were also the winners of the reading competition and read 645 times!🤩 @BoothferryPS

Well Done to our VIP this week. She has tried incredibly hard to follow all of the school rules and work hard in every lesson. We are very proud of how she has settled after the Easter Break! @BoothferryPS @mrsgrassby

Kaiden asked if we could go to the library straight from football this morning. Not even home and he is glued to diary of a wimpy kid!!! Now he's gone to his room to read...who is this child 🤣 @BoothferryPS @MissMartinson1

We had a great start to our new science topic, Green Fingers, this afternoon. The children decorated plant pots and planted herbs in them. We’re really excited to see our characters’ herb hair grow! @BoothferryPS

The best thing about this school, when I ask my child this question, he said Mrs Emmerson. 

The photography club is brilliant, I think introducing things like this is brilliant for the children.

My son’s teacher is creative, enthusiastic and genuinely cares about him as an individual .
