Hook and Goole Music Concert

Year 4 had the wonderful opportunity to perform Music at Delta Academy, Goole. The project was funded by the Hook and Goole Charity who kindly donated a grant to purchase musical instruments for our schools. Our school worked in collaboration with Delta to perform pieces that represented the local area of Goole. The schools combined to create a ‘water’ piece of music, using techniques such as repetition and pentatonic patterns.
In addition, our children performed pieces on the Ukulele, Violin, Guitar and Brass instruments.
We are very grateful to the trustees of the Hook and Goole Charity for providing the grant and for Miss Gage at Delta for helping to lead the project.
