Year 4 Cross Curricular Maths Lesson – Pyramid Building
For our cross curricular lesson, Year 4 investigated how pyramids were built using sticks and elastic bands. We used this building as a mathematical investigation to predict how many sticks we would need to build larger pyramids. After putting it all together, we managed to build a pyramid that was almost 3 metres high!
