World Book Day 2018

Duathlon Challenge

The pupils of Boothferry Primary will be taking their fitness to new heights by attempting to collectively bike and run the distance to a satellite above the earth, a whopping 717km! School Council at Parliament

On Friday 12th January 2018 our School Council had the opportunity to go to London and visit the Houses of Parliament. They made the most of their time in London, visiting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and seeing the London Eye from across the River Thames. We have had a really enjoyable year with our Singing Assemblies this year. We would like to share with you our Whole School Version of 'When you Say Nothing at All' which was performed at the Goole Christmas Lights Switch On Ceremony. Railway Museum

Our Wednesday lunchtime club entered a competition at the national railway museum. For this we designed ten different baubles to be displayed on the christmas tree. School Choir

On Friday 1st December all of Boothferry Primary School Choir met up at the Junction for their performance at the Goole Christmas Lights switch on. We went on the stage and sung with the band. Once again the children of Boothferry supported Children in Need. The event was kicked off with Miss Williams highlighting the work of this umbrella charity and the many local projects that it supports.
