On Friday 25th January School Council made the journey to London to visit the Houses of Parliament. In Parliament we visited the Queen’s dressing room, learnt the difference between the House of Lords and the House of Commons and we even had special access to the Terrace! Our wonderful Choir have been performing throughout Goole this festive period. We performed concerts at Costa Coffee, The Courtyard and Beech Tree Care Home. We enjoyed performing Christmas Carols and spreading the festive cheer around Goole.
In dance lessons this half term, Year 6 have been taking inspiration from Strictly Come Dancing and learning to Charleston! We learnt the basic steps, watched videos from the show and developed our own routines. I'm sure you'll agree the final result is fab-u-lous!
