School Council 2022
Introducing the new Boothferry School Council of 2022/2023. On Friday 23rd September, the new school council members were announced in our whole school assembly. These children created presentations and gave speeches in their classes, explaining why they should represent their peers for the year. We are looking forward to our first meeting this week, setting our goals and aspirations for the year.

Year 4 Entry Point- Temples, Tombs and Treasures As part of our entry point into our new topic, we were fortunate to be visited by Cleopatra who showed us what life was like in Ancient Egypt. Hook and Goole Music Concert
Year 4 had the wonderful opportunity to perform Music at Delta Academy, Goole. The project was funded by the Hook and Goole Charity who kindly donated a grant to purchase musical instruments for our schools. Our school worked in collaboration with Delta to perform pieces that represented the local area of Goole. The schools combined to create a 'water' piece of music, using techniques such
Big Brid Sing
Year 5 pupils went off to Bridlington on Wednesday to take part in an East Riding singing concert. The children had learnt the songs in the weeks before the concert and everyone had a very good time. Afterwards, the children had their lunch on the prom and spent part of the afternoon playing games on the beach.
